PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic processing liquid manufacturing apparatus which manufactures excellent photographic processing liquid without bubbling nor splashing the liquid when the liquid is fed from a solution tank 101 to a storage tank 104 and to provide a photographic processing liquid manufacturing apparatus whose frequency of maintenance can be decreased and which is durable. SOLUTION: The liquid feed opening 105 from the solution tank 101 to the storage tank 104 is provided below the liquid level of the photographic processing liquid in the storage tank 104, so the photographic processing liquid is neither bubbled nor splashed, so that the excellent photographic processing liquid can be manufactured.
