PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform measuring device indicating text information without falling on a marker. SOLUTION: The waveform measuring device constituted to point an arbitrary position on a display measurement waveform with at least one marker and to indicate text information relating with a digit of the display measurement waveform at the position on the same screen is provided with a means to separate the display screen into a plurality of regions and move the text information to an indication region which does not fall on the marker.
