PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a heat insulating performance exceeding a conventional one can hardly be attained even if a matellic heat insulating plate such as plated metal sheet having a high heat reflectance is employed as a heat insulation constitution of a face type heating element or a combination with glass wool or ceramic wool is employed as far as its thickness is same as that of the conventional constitution. SOLUTION: Since the planar heating element 12 and a vacuum heat insulating material 14 both of which are arranged on the top face of the heating chamber 10 of a cooker are united in one body, the heat loss of the cooker is reduced and the cooker can secure high-level heat insulating performance and heating efficiency. Consequently, the temperature rising performance in the heating chamber 10 becomes faster due to the improved heat insulating performance. In addition, since the cooking time of the cooker is shortened, the cooker can save energy consumed for cooking by efficiently using the energy.
