PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for oven range, etc., that has a nonadhesive coating film which is high in thermal efficiency and can reduce the progress of corrosion. SOLUTION: This cooker has a heating chamber provided with the nonadhesive coating film 16 and a heating plate holding section 14 mounted on the internal wall surface of the heating chamber. The holding section 14 is provided a recessed and projecting section 15 which is formed to dottedly or linearly come into contact with the holding section 14. Consequently, the internal wall surface of the heating chamber hardly becomes dirty and can reduce the progress of the corrosion of the wall surface material of the chamber.
