PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal device capable of preventing earth and sand and/or muddy water from intruding for a long period of time and also a bearing device capable of precluding generation of damages resulting from intrusion of earth and sand and/or muddy water for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The seal device 10 is equipped with a magnet block (magnetic force generating means) 11 installed on a boss (one of the members) 4, a yoke (particulate holding member) 12 connected to the magnet block 11 and confronting a bracket (the other member) 3, and a number of magnetic particulates 13 interposed between the yoke 12 and bracket 3, wherein a gathering body of particulates 13 is formed between the yoke 12 and bracket 3 by the magnetic force exerted by the magnet block 11 and thereby the gap between the boss 4 and bracket 3 is sealed.
