PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-staining agent composition for a heat exchanger fin, which is effective to make a heat exchanger fin resistant to stain adhesion and to clean a heat exchanger fin without causing the corrosion of the fin and the damage of the constituent plastic. SOLUTION: This composition contain a polymer of a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-6,000,000, obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable unsaturated compound having at least one quaternary ammonium group or tertiary amino group in the molecule. The composition optionally contains at least one compound selected from a specified polysaccharide compound and an amine oxide compound.
