PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a clearance with a back panel on the lower part side of a seat back for improving sitting comfort when the seat back is in a raised state. SOLUTION: By raising the seat back 12, the clearanceδbetween the seat back 12 and the back panel 13 is widened by a clearance adjusting means 30 and a bending quantity of the seat back 12 to a direction of the clearanceδwith the back panel 13 is increased in a sitting state of an occupant. At this time, since variation of the clearanceδis enlarged by the means 30 on the lower part side largely influencing to the sitting comfortableness than the upper part side, a good sitting comfortableness of the occupant can be secured.
