PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for forming an underwater forest and cultivating prey organisms, which has permeability and mechanical strength suited for mounting thereof on an artificial fish bank, a wave-absorbing block, or a river structure, and is effective in formation of the underwater forest. SOLUTION: The plate is a molded body formed of a mixture containing 100 pts.wt. cement, 300 to 700 pts.wt. stone 14, 1 to 100 pts.wt. iron content or iron pieces, 1 to 20 pts.wt. a binder, and 35 to 45 pts.wt. water. The plate has water permeability corresponding to transmissibility of 400 cc/15 sec or more and bending strength of 0.7 N/mm<2> or more. |
