PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a transmission by reducing bending of an output shaft. SOLUTION: This continuously variable transmission with infinite gear ratio is constituted by the output shaft 204 positioned parallel with respect to an input shaft 1a, a first helical gear 204a directly meshed with a helical gear 230 of an output disk coaxilally provided with the output shaft 204, a second helical gear 203b connected with a helical gear 203a provided on the input shaft through a counter gear 203d, and a third helical gear 207 connected with the second helical gear 203b and the first helical gear 204a. The direction of tooth trace of remaining two helical gears is set so that bending moment of the output shaft is restrained in consideration of an angle formed by a direction of radial force actuating on the output shaft generated by the helical gear at the center of the first to third helical gears and a line connecting a rotational center line of other gears meshed with the remaining two helical gears and a center line of the output shaft.
