PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worker to always safely operate cart on a platform by preventing a downfall accident caused by the cart accidental entering the deck board put in a downward gradient state. SOLUTION: In a deck board for cargo handling, a deck board 4 is pivotally supported to the platform 1 to be raised and laid down manually or by the operation of an actuator. A downfall preventing stopper 12 is proved in a position on this side of the deck board to freely project and recess, and interlocking with the raising and lying down of the deck board, the stopper is projected and recessed.
