PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring the mixing concentration of suspended matter lightening a load to liquid gathering work, facilitating maintenance, enhancing measuring accuracy, and widening the measuring range. SOLUTION: The device for measuring the mixing concentration of the suspended matter in liquid is composed of a tank for storing liquid in which the suspended matter is mixed; a liquid gathering means for gathering liquid mixed with the suspended matter in the tank; a differential pressure transmission device immersed in the liquid inside the tank, detecting the differential pressure between two points separated in the depth direction of the liquid, and converting detected differential pressure into an electric signal; and a computing unit calculating the average density between two points based on the output of the differential pressure transmission device, and calculating the difference between the average density and the previously obtained reference density of the liquid as an index for obtaining the mixing concentration of the suspended matter.
