PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cladding concrete unit capable of realizing an accurate arrangement of tiles with an accurate joint distance. SOLUTION: Tiles t, t, etc., are arranged downward in positioning sections 1a, 1a, etc., of a positioning sheet 1, and temporarily bonded by adhesives. Then, the positioning sheets 1, 1, etc., holding the tile t, t, etc., are arranged in a shuttering 2. Thereafter, concrete 3 is placed into the shuttering 2. After hardened, the shuttering is detached and the positioning sheets 1, 1, etc., are peeled off. In the abovementioned, a connecting male piece of a side contacting to a side wall 2a of the shuttering 2 is previously cut, further adjoining positioning sheets 1, 1, etc., are arranged so that a side constituting a connecting male piece abuts mutually against a side constituted to be a retreat part 1d, and mutual sheet components are made not to be superimposed mutually on a boundary.
