PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recovering a specified thermoplastic resin in a thermoplastic resin composition, with a high purity. SOLUTION: In this method, the thermoplastic resin composition is dissolved in a solvent at a specific temperature and a component dispersed in the solvent without being dissolved is separated. Then, the residual solution is treated at a specific temperature and thereby the specified thermoplastic resin is recovered with a high purity.
