PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable platform fence device capable of opening and closing speedily the opening of a train door. SOLUTION: A third link member 63 of a link mechanism 60 swings substantially centered on one end part 631 of an upper link 63a, and the other end part 632 of a lower link 63b swings to the side of a door pocket fence 11 so that a second getting-on-and-off door 30 connected to the other end part 632 of the lower link 63b of the third link member is interlocked with a first getting- on-and-off door 20 connected to an intermediate part 633 which is a connection part of the upper link 63a of the third link member and the lower link 63b to open and the close the opening of the door DR of the train TR in parallel by the first getting-on-and-off door 20 and the second getting-on-and-of door 30.
