PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate materialization of a remote starting device for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: An immobilizer control means 23 of a vehicular electronic device 21 permits the actuation of the internal combustion engine 30 only when a data signal from an oscillating/detecting means 28 coincides with a specified signal. A starter control means 31 intercepts either one of conductors 43 and 53, 54 between a means 28 and a means 23 and prohibits sending the data signal to the conductors 53, 54, when a remote starting instruction signal is added from a transmitter 33 in the outside of a vehicle. Then, the starter control means 31 introduces a starting signal from the means 23 to the means 28, and the starting signal is given from a conductor 43a to the starter control means 31 through a conductor 61, thereby generating a false signal showing the specified signal. The false signal is given from conductors 62, 63 to the means 23 through the conductors 53, 54. The means 23 permits starting of the internal combustion engine 30, if the false signal shows the specified signal. Therefore, a vehicle stopping action and a remote starting action can be conducted together without increasing an input/output terminal of a signal to the means 23.
