PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high Ni alloy which has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: An Ni based alloy having a composition containing, by mass, <=0.02% C, 14 to 25% Cr, 5 to 18% Mo and 1 to 5% W, and the balance substantially Ni with inevitable impurities is heated to >=1,100 deg.C, and is thereafter subjected to hot rolling (wherein, it is interrupted at <1,000 to >=900 deg.C), and cumulative rolling reduction of >=10% is executed at <900 deg.C.
