PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce flickers with a simple and inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: Defining a proportional coefficient as A, a difference between a target temperature and a detected temperature asΔT, and a constant as B, 0.05<(A/control period)<0.5 is made to be satisfied in a heater control method by calculating a ON-time of the heater from (A×ΔT+B).
