<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a case part with high production efficiency and the case part produced by the method. SOLUTION: First, a polyamide resin is packed in a core mold formed in the shape of a core 20 and solidified, and the core 20 is removed from the core mold. Next, a skin mold 2a is composed of a movable mold 34 and a fixed mold 32, an AS resin is packed in a filling spaceαformed in the shape of a skin 30 which is formed in a mold 32a by fitting the core 20 to the movable mold 34 and combining it with the fixed mold 32 and solidified, and a music stand 2 is removed from the mold 32a. By producing the music stand 2 in this way, since the skin 30 is laminated directly on the core 20, a production process which has required two processes of a skin manufacturing process and a lamination process so far for laminating the skin 30 on the core 20 can be replaced with one process. Consequently, the production efficiency can be improved greatly.</p> |
