SURFACE WORKED PRINTED MATTER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface worked printed matter having a sense of mat surface near a mat PP lamination, realizing high productivity at a low cost and clearing sheet recyclability. SOLUTION: The surface worked printed matter comprises an offset print layer 3 and a transparent offset OP varnish layer 4 sequentially laminated on a sheet 2 having a cast coating layer 1. The OP varnish layer 4 is formed by using an OP varnish containing a mat pigment of 20% or more. High setting properties of the cast surface of the layer 1 and high setting properties of the OP varnish are combined to achieve an excellent sense of the mat near the mat PP adhesion. A high contrast is obtained by a design surface and a white paper surface, and a dull style expression can be executed. Since the printed matter is constituted in combination of a general purpose sheet and the offset OP varnish, a treatment at the sheet recycling time can be simply executed. Since the matter can be manufactured by an offset printer, the matter can realize a high productivity at a low cost.
