PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser microscope which can acquire stable spectral data by minimizing the quantity of light loss. SOLUTION: A laser beam from a laser unit 1 to generate laser beam is reflected to a sample 15 side through a switchable beam splitter unit 10, fluorescence from the sample 15 is transmitted through the beam splitter unit 10, reflected on the a switchable reflecting member unit 17, and introduced to the end surface 20a of an optical fiber 20. At the same time, the fluorescence is captured by the spectrum unit 21 through the optical fiber 20, and spectral data are acquired. An electric moving mechanism 19 corrects the deviation between an image forming position of light from the sample 15 and the center of the end surface 20a of the optical fiber 20 according to the switchover of the beam splitter unit 10 or the reflecting member unit 17.
