PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition having weatherability good in dispersibility in an olefinic resin enabling the physical properties of the resin to be stably maintained for a long period owing to the weatherability and electron beam resistance of the composition even when used in such an environment as to be disposed to wind and rain for a long period of time or used in such applications as to be put to electron beam crosslinking treatment. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant resin composition with weatherability is characterized by being obtained by including (A) a polyolefinic resin, (B) an inorganic flame retardant and (C) as a light stabilizer, a high-molecular weight stabilizer prepared by adding (c-1) a compound of the general formula (1) (n is 1-4; X is O or NH; R is H, a 1-20C aliphatic carboxylic acid residue, aliphatic dicarboxylic acid residue, aromatic carboxylic acid residue or aromatic dicarboxylic acid residue) to (c-2) a polymer with a molecular weight of >=300.
