PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed warm air to a foot of a user in a room upon heating operation, without having to increase electric power for an electric motor for driving and rotating an air fan. SOLUTION: A heating ventilating dryer is adapted, such that a casing 1 is provided on a side surface of a wall 10 on the outside 9 of a building, and an opening 1a is provided in the casing 1 on the side of the wall surface; there are provided therein a heat source 2 for heating, an air fan 3, and a ventilating fan 5, through which wall 10 there are provided a dust 13, and a partition plate 14 in the duct 13; and the duct 13 is connected with the opening 1a in the casing 1 to construct a passage communicating the casing 1 and the inside 8 of the room, and the inside of the duct 13 is divided into two passages with a partition plate 14; a blow-off passage 14a communicating the heat source 2 an air intake passage 14b communicating the air fan 3, and the ventilating fan 5. In the heating ventilating dryer, the foregoing partition plate 14 is adapted such that the area of the blow-off passage 14a is smaller than the area of the air intake passage 14b.
