PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the temperature difference in a room to be heated without causing an obstacle in the room to be heated, and without any risk. SOLUTION: A panel heater is adopted for thinning an entire section, a thin sirocco fan is used also for a fan for generating hot air, and a thin, compact product is used also for a unit for generating ozone, thus realizing use while being mounted to the wall surface in the room.
