PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a disadvantage that an exhaust efficiency is not good by a conventional method in which piping for exhaust or smoke exhaust is attached downward toward an outside to drain moist water. SOLUTION: A joint pipe has a drain function and is guided to a drain outlet in a room by a kerosene pipe or the like. The pipe has two kinds of horizontal and vertical structures and can be used at an effective place.
