PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a pressure reducing valve by giving the function of the pressure reducing valve to a solenoid valve itself. SOLUTION: When the current not less than the predetermined value runs in a solenoid 7, a moving core 9 is attracted in the separating direction from a spool 4 against the urging force of a second urging member 10 by the electromagnetic force of the solenoid 7. The spool 4 is stopped when the resultant force F2 of the first feedback force F3 generated in a first bearing surface 41a and the second feedback force F4 generated in a second bearing surface 42a is balanced with the urging force F1 of the first urging member 5. The opening of an inflow port 31 is limited by a small diameter piston part 41. Thus, the working fluid is depressurized when passing through the inflow port 31, and flows out of an outflow port 32.
