PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new functional polymer which has good moldability and can be substituted for PTFE. SOLUTION: The polymer comprises a fluoropolymer having at least structural units represented by general formula 1 (wherein x is an integer of 1 to 5; y is 1 to 10; and n is 10 to 10,000) or formula 2 (wherein x and y are the same in formula 1; m+n is 10 to 10,000, provided that m/(m+n) is 0.9 as maximum; and R is H or a 20C alkyl group).
