PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional cutter which can eliminate a cut blank space for the amount corresponding to an offset in a printed sheet. SOLUTION: A printed sheet PS reciprocatively conveyed to a first conveying part 4 is cut in accordance with a shape of character, picture, etc., printed in this printed sheet PS by a cutter blade 40. The printed sheet PS passing through the cutter blade 40 is conveyed to a second conveying part 5 arranged in an opposite side to the first conveying part 4 by interposing the cutter blade 40. This second conveying part 5 is driven synchronously with the first conveying part 4, and a space therewith is arranged in a length or less of a conveying direction (arrow mark Y direction) of the printed sheet PS. Accordingly, by conveying the printed sheet PS reciprocated by either one of the first conveying part 4 or the second conveying part 5, the printed sheet PS can be cut to its end part.
