The invention relates to an air duct element (8) consisting of a plastic. This results in relatively light elements which are simple to handle during assembly. In addition, plastic has the advantage that it has an insulating effect, whereby condensation occurs less frequently or not at all. Such air duct (8) elements are preferably manufactured by means of rotation moulding.
