STONE PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a stone panel is provided to lighten products by decreasing the thickness of a stone panel, to utilize resources effectively and to increase compressive strength, bending strength and impact strength. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a stone panel comprises the steps of: drying a stone board(1) to remove moisture of a stone board(1); bonding the dried stone board(1) with a primary glass fiber layer(2) by resins of a primary resin layer(3) by building a primary glass fiber layer(2) and a primary resin layer(3) on the dried stone board(1) orderly; bonding a vinyl chloride resin foaming layer(4) with the primary resin layer(3) by building a vinyl chloride resin foaming layer(4) on the primary resin layer(3); and building a secondary resin layer(6) and a release film(7) on the vinyl chloride resin foaming layer(4) orderly, then curing the surface of the primary resin layer(3) and the secondary resin layer(6) to impregnate the resins of the primary resin layer(3) and the secondary resin layer(6) into pores(4a) of the vinyl chloride resin foaming layer(4).
