PURPOSE: A process of preparing confectionary having a variety of characters by printing an edible pigment on the surface of a half product before heat treatment is provided which has an effect on improving merchandise properties thereof. CONSTITUTION: The confectionary is prepared by mixing a confectionary material from a material supplier(10) in a mixer(11), forming in a kneader(13), drying in a first drier(17) and a second drier(18), heat-treating in an oil frying apparatus(21), and then seasoning in a seasoning apparatus(22), wherein a printing process for printing a desired pattern on the surface of the half product in a printer(20) before heat treatment is additionally added to the above process. The printing process is one method selected from injection, silk screen and stamping printing method.
