<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an image of high standard glassiness and also stably forming a good image for a long period while suppressing the occurrence of an offset phenomenon. SOLUTION: In the image forming method for transferring and fixing a toner image on a photoreceptor to an image supporting body, the fixing device is provided with a heating roller, a pressure roller and a mechanism for supplying silicone oil to the heating roller, and as for the heating roller, an elastic coating layer having an ASKER C hardness of <70 deg. and having the thickness of 0.1 to 30 mm is formed on the surface of the core bar having the inside diameter of 10 to 70 mm and having the thickness of 0.1 to 2 mm, and as for the pressure roller, an elastic coating layer having an ASKER C hardness of <70 deg. and having the thickness of 0.1 to 30 mm is formed on the surface of the core bar, and the toner is obtained by salting-out/fusing resin particles and coloring agent, and the supply amount of the silicone oil is controlled to be 3 to 100 mg/A4.</p> |
