摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unvulcanized rubber extrusion apparatus enabling the extrusion molding of an unvulcanized rubber extrusion member from which a tire of high quality is obtained without increasing the number of tire manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: An unvulcanized rubber A is altered partially in its flow direction by the first weir 38 provided to a mold 32 for molding a flow channel to flow toward the direction shown by an arrow D so as to get over the first weir 38 as shown by an arrow a2 and subsequently flows toward a cap 20 in the direction shown by an arrow F. Further, on the side of the cap 20 of the first weir 38, a part of the unvulcanized rubber B flows toward the direction shown by an arrow L on the side of the direction shown by an arrow U of the flow shown by the arrow a2 of the unvulcanized rubber A as shown by an arrow b2 and a part of the unvulcanized rubber B further flows toward the cap 20 in the direction shown by the arrow F as shown by an arrow b1 on the side of the direction shown by the arrow D of the flow shown by the arrow a2 of the unvulcanized rubber A. That is, the flow shown by an arrow b2 of the unvulcanized rubber B forms the outside piece Ba2 of the unvulcanized rubber member and the flow shown by the arrow b1 of the unvulcanized rubber B forms the inside piece Bal of the unvulcanized rubber member.
