PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely measure a position and a speed of a measuring point located in a remote point, without using a motion sensor. SOLUTION: A position of an ultrasonic sensor 31 is used as the measuring point, plural positioning antennas 10, 11, 12 (12a) of which the relative positions are known thereto are arranged to observe signals from plural satellites for positioning by the plural antennas. An observation result transmitted from a reference station is received, and a relative position of the measuring point with respect to the reference station is found based on relative positions of the positioning antennas with respect to the reference station and relative positions of the measuring point with respect to the positioning antennas.
