PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gel-like aromatic composition improved in gel stability such as a foaming property, water separation, strength, and the like, and in workability in a series of steps from production to filling. SOLUTION: This gel-like aromatic composition comprises a urethane prepolymer having an NCO content of 0.5-10 wt.%, which is obtained by reacting with an isocyanate a mixture of an aromatic hydrophilic polyol (A) obtained by addition polymerization of an ethylene oxide/propylene oxide mixture (ethylene oxide accounting for 50-100 wt.% in the oxide mixture) to an aromatic polyhydric alcohol with a polyether polyol (B) obtained by polymerization of an ethylene oxide/propylene oxide mixture (ethylene oxide accounting for 50-100 wt.% in the oxide mixture) to an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol, the A:B weight ratio being 5:5 to 10:0, a perfume, a surfactant, a high water-absorbing polymer, a polyvinyl alcohol, a neutralizing agent and water.
