PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning apparatus for precise regulation of supply of air through an air outlet, by adjusting the heating capacity of a heating means to an optimum state according to a cooling state by means of a cooling means. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning apparatus 1A comprises a preheater 3 to roughly adjust incorporated outside air to a set temperature SV; a Peltier cooler 5 to cool outside air. Its temperature is adjusted by the preheater 3, and precisely adjusts the outside air to a given temperature within the vicinity of a set temperature; a blower 7 for supplying outside air, the temperature of which is adjusted by the Peltier cooler 5, to the outside; a preheater regulator 4 to control heat capacity of the preheater 3 and cooling capacity of the Peltier cooler 5, according to the vicinity of a setting set temperature SV; a Peltier cooler regulator 6; a preheater set temperature offset computing part 9 to correct heating capacity of the preheater 3 via preheater regulator 4, according to a cooling state by the Peltier cooler 5.
