PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam distillation device for chemical analysis of fluorine reducing monitoring work in steam distillation work in the pretreatment of chemical analysis of fluorine and shortening the learning period of a device operation method to a beginner by increasing the number of specimens for treating. SOLUTION: In the steam distillation device for chemical analysis used in the pretreatment of chemical analysis of fluorine, a thermocouple temperature sensor 7 is installed in a steam generating flask 1, and an electrical or gas type heat source (a heater 13) for the steam generating flask is controlled with an electric controller (an electronic temperature controller 4, a current controller 5) connected to the thermocouple temperature sensor 7.
