PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aromatic vinyl compound resin composition excellent in mechanical property, easy to manufacture, and useful as an extrusion or injection molding, as a film, or as a sheet. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains an aromatic vinyl compound polymer and a novel copolymer of cross-copolymerized olefin/aromatic vinyl compound/diene, having a specific composition and structure.
