PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch-wrap film having excellent mechanical strength, heat-resistance, chemical resistance, stress-relaxation property and elastic recovery and provide a stretch-wrap film for food packaging, a stretch-wrap film for pallet and a packaged material. SOLUTION: The stretch-wrap film is formed from a cross-copolymerized olefin-aromatic vinyl compound-diene copolymer (A) or a thermoplastic resin composition containing the copolymer (A) in an amount of >=5 wt.%. The copolymer (A) is produced by the cross-copolymerization of an olefin-aromatic vinyl compound-diene copolymer having an aromatic vinyl compound content of >=1 mol% and <=96 mold, a diene content of >=0.0001 mol% and <=3 mol% and containing an olefin as the remaining monomer with an olefin-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer and/or an olefin-aromatic vinyl compound-diene copolymer having an aromatic vinyl compound content different from that of the former copolymer by >=5 mol%.
