PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management device for carrier equipment capable of preparing an operation plan for the carrier equipment for moving a plurality of cranes for carrier on different routes and easily and safely enforcing an actual operation management. SOLUTION: This device is for performing independent crane operations in two or more adjacent working areas and performing an operation management of the carrier equipment provided so as to be mutually driven into a rail of each working area. The device is provided with a three-dimensional image preparing device 54, an editor 56, each traveling route plan program 62 and 65 for determining traveling routes of the carrier equipment such as a parallel arm 5 and a hoist 8, collision avoiding programs 63, 66 and 68 for controlling the parallel arm 5, the hoist 8 and a transverse rail 4 so as not to collide one another, a data base for storing various kinds of data and programs, a virtual work environment preparation processing program 60 for preparing and processing a stereoscopic static image or a moving image and a display for displaying the image.
