PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device for roll paper devised to prolong the life of a drive round blade and a round blade by devising to minimize the adhesion of a pressure sensitive adhesive to the drive round blade and the round blade even if cutting sticky roll paper. SOLUTION: This cutter device for the roll paper has a base plate part; a guide rail provided along the base plate part; a holder mounted slidably along the guide rail; and a driving means for sliding the holder along the guide rail. The cutter device cuts the sticky roll paper by the drive round blade and/or the round blade mounted to the holder and rotated following the sliding operation of the holder. In this case, an applying means for applying sticky material antisticking oil to the drive round blade and/or the round blade is provided in the moving position of the holder on the base plate part.
