PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image processing unit, an imaging apparatus, an imaging method and an image processing system in which even an unskilled user having no knowledge of DOS or UNIX(R) environment can utilize various print functions easily from DOS or UNIX environment and can designate print processing quickly by utilizing various print functions effectively. SOLUTION: A print command and print data are received and when the print command includes specification of a print function by printer description language, a set value corresponding to a print function designated by interpreting the printer description language is stored in a storage means. When the print command includes specification of a print function by a print option, a set value corresponding to a print function designated by interpreting the print option is stored in the storage means. |
