PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oven 100, maintaining high thermal efficiency and thermal output by heating directly while reducing the contamination of indoor air and provided with a beautiful appearance as well as the easiness of cleaning, which are same as a flat top oven, when the oven is not used. SOLUTION: The oven 100 is provided with a top plate 1, heating ports 2 provided on the top plate 1 and burners 3, burning fuel gas G to form flame 10 at the lower part of the heating ports 2 to heat a matter N to be heated. The burners 3 are provided at the lower part of the heating ports 2 so as to be apart from the heating ports 2 while an exhausting means 12, for discharging the waste gas of combustion of the burning section 11 formed between the heating ports and the burners 3, is provided. |
