<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central control system of an air conditioner, in which the count of sensor cables and central command signal cables is reduced as far as possible, and works for laying, connection, maintenance, and inspection of the cables are facilitated in construction of the central control system, in a variable air-volume control method of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: An optical-fiber single line is laid to pass through, in the vicinity of each variable air-volume unit in the variable air-volume control method of the air conditioner with a plurality of variable air-volume units, and the line is connected to a central monitoring device; temperature is measured at an arbitrary position, in order to control by the optical fiber itself the respective variable air-volume units; and furthermore, control signals of the air conditioner are transmitted from the central monitoring device of the air conditioner, by means of the optical fiber in order to send air to respective variable air-volume units.</p> |
