<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition which has improved solubility or stability. SOLUTION: This medicinal composition comprises a compound represented by the general formula (I) [R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group, a heterocyclic group, OR<1> or N(R<1b> )(R<1c> ); R<0> is H or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group; or R and R<0> together exhibit a direct bound; a ring A<1> is a cycloalkene which may be substituted; Ar is a aromatic hydrocarbon group which may have one or more substituents; a group of formula (a) is a group of formula (b) or (c); and (n) is an integer of 1 to 4] or its salt or its prodrug, and a nonionic surfactant and/or an easily water-dissolvable cyclodextrin derivative. A method for improving the solubility, stability or colorability or the compound of formula (I) is also provided.</p> |
