PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide pin type device that forms a clearance between a brake pad and a rotor and is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and low in manufacturing cost, and a brake disc that has the device. SOLUTION: The device has a bushing 18 for receiving a slide pin 8, and an elastic member 24 disposed between an end 20 of the pin 8 and the bushing 18. The pin 8 reciprocates in the bushing 18 during a normal braking operation, and the bushing 18 moves along a hole 16 as the brake pad wears.
