PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a paper sheet with an adhesive potentiality, having stable adhesive and repeelable properties. SOLUTION: This method for producing the paper sheet with an adhesive potentiality, comprising forming the monolayered free-falling vertical curtain of a coating liquid which contains a non-peelable adhesive as a base agent, a fine particulate filler and an anionic surfactant, does ordinarily not adhere, can adhere, when subjected to a constant condition, and can be peeled after the adhesion, and then allowing a paper substrate to continuously travel across the freely fallen vertical curtain to coat the paper substrate, is characterized in that the coating liquid has a static surface tension of <=40 mN/m, in that the fine particulate filler is precipitable silica having an average coagulated particle diameter of 1 to 8μm by a Coulter counter method and a linseed oil- absorbing amount of >=200 ml/100 g based on JIS K 5101, and in that the precipitable silica is contained in the coating liquid in a solid content of 20 to 50 wt.%.
