PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylic rubber composition which is excellent in scorch stability during vulcanization and gives a vulcanizate which is excellent in resistances to heat and oil, hardly corrodes metal, and has a low compression set. SOLUTION: The rubber composition is prepared by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. acrylic rubber comprising (a) 90-99.9 wt.% units derived from an acrylic ester monomer, (b) 0.1-10 wt.% units derived from a carboxyl-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and (c) 0-20 wt.% units derived from a monomer copolymerizable with the foregoing monomers with (B) 0.05-2.5 pts.wt. primary monoamine compound and (C) 0.05-5 pts.wt. diamine vulcanizing agent.
