PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating evaporated fuel capable of shortening a oil feeding time, securing good adsorbing and desorbing performance of the evaporated fuel, and reducing a manufacturing cost by simplifying a structure. SOLUTION: The device for treating the evaporated fuel 1 includes a casing 2 having a first chamber 21 communicated with a fuel tank, a second chamber 22 communicated with the first chamber 21, and a third chamber 23 communicated with the second chamber 22 and to the atmosphere formed inside the casing 2. Activated carbon 13 for adsorbing a fuel component in the evaporated fuel introduced from the fuel tank is housed in the first chamber 21 and the second chamber 22, and an adsorbent 14 for adsorbing the fuel component in the evaporated fuel introduced from the second chamber 22 and having flow resistance set smaller than that of the activated carbon 13 is housed in the third chamber 23.
