PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skid whose connecting structure is well devised for enabling assembly and disassembly, safe transportation, easy sorting of a member out of a large quantity of members disassembled and returned, and easy assembly. SOLUTION: A plurality of skid members 2... and a plurality of connecting members 1... are assembled in a lattice shape, and are structured able to be assembled and disassembled by a connecting mechanism. The skid is shipped from a shipper in an assembled condition, and the same is disassembled at a recipient for collection to be assembled and used again. Each skid member 2... is made of the same structural member and each connecting member 1... is made of the same structural member.
