PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which a polar resin such as a polyester resin is adhered to a polyolefin resin, and enough adhesive strength is obtained even when a highly crystalline polyolefin resin is mainly used and which can be used at high temperatures and is applicable to a container for a substance which swells a polyolefin such as a gasoline tank. SOLUTION: In the laminate, a polar resin layer (A) is adhered to a polyolefin resin layer (B) through an adhesive layer (C). The adhesive layer (C) contains a modified polyolefin resin prepared by radically grafting an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative on a polyolefin resin, and the polar resin layer (A) contains a carbodiimide compound (D).
